Scope and Definitions

These Bonus Rules apply to all bonuses, promotions, free spins, free bets and any promotional offers presented by RK77. A promotion, by whatever name described, comprises a promotional balance or promotional wager that is distinct from your real-money balance. The terms define how such bonuses interact with wagering requirements, eligibility, time limits, and withdrawal conditions.

Eligibility and Verification

Participation in RK77 bonuses is available to players who hold a RK77 account that is fully registered and verified. Bonuses are offered subject to compliance with all applicable laws and the operator’s internal policies. A single person may hold one account; multiple accounts, shared IPs or device-based accounts may be restricted or closed. The operator may refuse any bonus to any player or group of players at its sole discretion.

Bonus Types and Issuance

Bonuses may include Casino Bonuses, Sports Bonuses, No-Deposit Bonuses, Free Spins, Free Bets, and Special Promotions. Each bonus has its own promotion page with explicit terms, including the amount, the wagering requirements, the eligible games, and any exclusions. Bonuses are non-transferable and are intended for recreational play.

Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions

Wagering requirements apply to eligible bonuses. The standard wagering requirement is 30 times the bonus amount unless the promotion states otherwise. Wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal of bonus-linked winnings is allowed. Game contributions toward wagering requirements are subject to category rules, typically with slots contributing a higher percentage and certain game types contributing little or nothing. The operator may designate specific games or game providers to be eligible for wagering on a given bonus. The full contribution schedule is published in the relevant promotion terms and may be updated; all contributions are subject to change at the sole discretion of RK77.

Time Limits and Expiry

Bonuses are valid for seven (7) days from the date they are credited to the player’s betting account, unless the promotion terms state a different period. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from the bonus will be void and removed from the account.

Minimum and Maximum Bets During Active Bonus

During an active bonus, a minimum qualifying bet per spin/bet is 0.50 in the account currency, and a maximum bet per spin/bet is 5.00 in the account currency, or the currency-equivalent. Bets placed outside these thresholds do not count toward wagering requirements and may jeopardize the bonus or any winnings.

Game Restrictions and Exclusions

Not all games contribute to wagering requirements. Typically, jackpot games, live dealer games, certain table games and other specified titles do not contribute or contribute at a reduced rate. The precise list of contributing and non-contributing games is defined in the promotion terms. Players should review the eligible games before wagering.

Automatic Cancellation and Balance Triggers

Bonuses may be automatically cancelled if the active bonus balance reaches €0.05 or less for Casino Bonuses, €0.50 or less for Sports Bonuses, or their currency-equivalent. Automatic cancellation may occur without prior notice if the balance threshold is met.

Withdrawal Prior to Completing Wagering

If a player withdraws before completing the wagering requirements, the bonus, any generated winnings and all wagered amounts linked to the bonus will be deducted from the overall balance. The remaining real-money balance and any non-bonus winnings may be processed per standard withdrawal rules.

Single Bonus at a Time and Non-Stacking

Only one bonus can be active at any given time. A bonus cannot be used in conjunction with any other bonus or promotion unless expressly stated in the terms of the individual offer.

Geographic Restrictions

Participation in promotions may be limited by country or region. The list of excluded territories and the eligibility for a specific promotion are described in the promotion terms. RK77 reserves the right to restrict participation in any jurisdiction at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Error Credits and Adjustments

In the event of an erroneous credit, RK77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any related winnings. If a prize becomes operable but is subsequently deemed ineligible due to legal, technical, or regulatory restrictions, RK77 bears no obligation to compensate.

Transferability and Ownership

Bonuses, free spins, free bets and associated winnings are non-transferable. They may not be exchanged, sold or refunded, and RK77 is not obliged to substitute missing bonuses or winnings due to technical limitations or jurisdictional constraints.

Sports Bonuses Specific Terms

For Sports Deposit Bonuses, the maximum bet while an Active Sports Bonus is equal to the player’s deposit amount. Bets placed beyond this limit do not count toward the wagering requirements. Wagering contributions for sports bonuses are defined in the relevant promotion terms and may differ from casino wagers. Abusive Activity and Monitoring

• Examples of improper behavior include wagering to build value and then cashing out, using betting systems or arbitrage, multi-account activity, collusion or sharing of accounts, and delaying game rounds to circumvent wagering requirements.
• RK77 may suspend, void, or confiscate bonus funds and related winnings if such activity is suspected. The company may also close accounts and reclaim funds in cases of confirmed abuse or fraud.

Promotional Variations and Amendments

RK77 reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Updated terms govern activities from the date they become effective. Players are responsible for reviewing the most current terms before participating.

Acceptance

By participating in RK77 promotions, players acknowledge and accept these Bonus Rules and any promotion-specific terms. If there is a conflict between these general terms and the promotion terms, the promotion terms shall prevail for that offer.
