Sports Terms

1. Overview

These Sport Betting Rules govern wagering offered by Rk77. They define how bets are placed, when they are valid, how outcomes are settled, and how disputes are handled. They operate with the market rules shown in individual bet offers and with applicable laws. By placing a bet, you agree to these Rules as they apply to the specific market and event.

2. General Bet Rules

The minimum stake for a wager is EUR 1, subject to applicable jurisdictional limits. The maximum stake for any bet varies by sport, market, and regulatory requirements and is displayed in the betting interface. A bet is only valid when accepted by Rk77 servers and assigned a unique transaction code/ID. Bets are void if accepted after an event has started and the outcome is known, or if the account lacks sufficient funds at the time of acceptance. Rk77 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion.

  • After acceptance, bets become binding once the transaction code/ID is issued.
  • In the event of an error in the odds or event data, Rk77 may void the affected bet or require a new price or stake.
  • If an event is cancelled, all bets on the event are void and stakes are refunded.
  • All times referenced on the site are in UK time unless otherwise stated.

3. Settlement and Evidence Basis

Bet settlement is based on official results and data from the corresponding competition or fixture. If the official data is unavailable or appears incorrect, Rk77 may rely on independent evidence or internal statistics to determine settlement. Where an event is completed under official judgment, settlement follows that result. If a market is not determined by the end of regular play, settlement may occur based on the status at the moment the event is deemed final by the governing body. For markets deemed already closed by official rule or for events suspended with no forthcoming conclusion, bets may stand or be voided as described for the specific market.

  • In cases of inconsistent or unavailable official data, independent evidence or internal records may determine settlement.
  • Bets on markets that are not determined at the end of play are void unless the market description provides otherwise.
  • Winnings are credited to the bettor’s account upon settlement confirmation.

4. Re-Settlement, Corrections and Palpable Errors

Rk77 reserves the right to re-settle markets if errors are discovered or if the official result is subsequently revised by a competent authority. In the event of a palpable error, including but not limited to mispriced odds, incorrect event data, or a technical fault, bets may be voided or settled according to corrected terms. The operator may reverse or adjust settlements to reflect the final, correct result or data.

  • In a palpably erroneous quote, all affected bets may be voided.
  • Technical faults or data issues may lead to market reversal or bet cancellation.
  • Adjustments are communicated where feasible and consistent with the final official outcome.

5. Cash Out and Partial Cash Out

Cash Out allows you to settle a bet before the event concludes, fully or partially, for a sum that depends on live market dynamics. Cash Out is available on selected events, fixtures, and markets, and may be unavailable if the market is suspended, or if odds have changed unfavorably. A successful Cash Out leaves the resulting amount in your balance, independent of the final result of the event.

  • Partial Cash Out can be chosen via a slider within the Cash Out interface; the remaining stake is settled according to the final result.
  • Free bets or certain promotional offers may be excluded from Cash Out or partial Cash Out.
  • If Cash Out is not available for a given bet, the original stake remains in play until settlement.

6. In-Play / Live Betting Rules

In-Play/Live betting is offered on eligible markets where the event is active. Bets may be void if the outcome is known or the bettor gains a material advantage due to post-bet information not reflected in market data. If a market cannot be validated due to data loss or system failure, bets on that market may be void. In-Play settlements are based on the live event data and final official results.

  • Delays or suspensions may delay settlement until the event resumes or is concluded.
  • In-Play bets are subject to the same rules on palpably erroneous data as pre-match bets.

7. Dead Heat Rules

When two or more selections share a winning position, a dead heat adjustment applies. The stake is divided among the winning selections according to the number of winners, with the non-winning portion allocated to the losing side. In multi-winner markets, only contracts tied past the last winning position are affected; others settle normally.

  • The mathematical treatment follows standard dead heat practice, ensuring fairness across all affected bets.

8. Outright Markets and Play-or-Pay

Outright markets (short-term and long-term) are subject to a Play-or-Pay rule. Bets on listed participants stand regardless of their ability to participate due to withdrawal, replacement, or disqualification, and are settled as losses if the participant cannot complete the competition, unless the market description states otherwise. Head-to-head (H2H) markets are excluded from this rule. If a participant is replaced by a successor from the same team, team-based markets may remain valid while related individual markets may be void.

9. Event Cancellations, Postponements, Venue Changes and Format Adjustments

If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a defined threshold, or a venue change occurs, bets on affected markets may be voided. A typical threshold is 12 hours for postponements; if the event is not resumed or concluded within that period, or if the venue is changed, related bets may be voided and stakes refunded. Changes to event formats or playing time may also trigger voids on affected markets, unless the market description provides an alternative settlement.

  • For certain leagues or sports, specific settlement rules may apply based on the official governing body conclusions.

10. Injuries, Non-Participants and Rule 4 Deductions

Injury announcements or early retirement can lead to voiding or adjustments. In markets where developments affect price or number of games remaining, Rk77 may void bets, apply a Rule 4 deduction, or revert bets to the next price offered after market revision. If a listed participant does not take part, the market may be settled as described for that market; individual performance markets may be void while team markets stand.

11. Disputes, Protests and Disclosures

Disputes regarding bet decisions or outcomes should be raised promptly. Protests must be submitted within seven days after the event’s original start time. Rk77 will provide guidance on filing through the platform’s support channels. All disputes are resolved based on internal records and the official results, subject to these Rules and applicable law.

12. VAR and Official Decisions

Video Assistant Referee (VAR) decisions that conflict with on-field outcomes may render bets placed between the original incident and the final VAR decision void, unless the specific bet offer is unaffected by the VAR outcome or has already accounted for it in the odds. Settlement of other bets remains governed by the final official decision and the event’s data at the time of settlement.

13. Odds, Formats and Settlement Timing

All settled odds are displayed and calculated to two decimal places, with final winnings determined at the final official result. The maximum time between bet placement and potential re-settlement is governed by internal processing timelines but will not exceed a reasonable period. Bets are settled in accordance with the final official result or, if necessary, the most consistent independent data when official data is unavailable.
