Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

Funding your Rk77 account enables wagering on the platform. The minimum deposit is 20 EUR or the equivalent in the account's currency. Deposits may be accepted through card-based payments, electronic wallets, or cryptocurrency wallets, and are subject to verification checks when required by policy. The name on the payment instrument must correspond to the account holder’s name. Some methods may carry additional restrictions based on jurisdiction or currency.

  • Card-based deposits: Maximum per transaction is 5,000 EUR (or equivalent). A single card may be used for up to 10 deposits per day and up to 40 deposits per calendar month. Deposits are credited to the account after successful processing, with processing times varying by method and region. The cardholder’s name must match the account holder’s name. Depositors must ensure funds come from lawful sources.
  • Electronic wallets: Maximum per transaction 5,000 EUR (or equivalent). Up to 10 wallet deposits per day and 40 per calendar month. Deposits are credited promptly following confirmation by the wallet provider. Availability may differ by jurisdiction. Identity verification may be requested.
  • Cryptocurrency deposits: Rk77 accepts select virtual currencies, including BTC, LTC, ETH, DOGE, BCH, USDT, ADA, XRP, NEO, BNB, BSV, TRX, CSC. Each currency has its own minimum deposit and required network confirmations before crediting to the account, as published on the deposits page. Deposits are credited after the necessary confirmations. Deposits funded in cryptocurrency may be restricted to withdrawals in cryptocurrency; fiat withdrawals associated with such deposits are not guaranteed. Fees and processing times apply as per policy.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals require identity verification and, where applicable, verification of the source of funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is 40 EUR (or equivalent). The maximum withdrawal amount depends on the chosen method, and requests in excess of per-method limits will be processed in installments. Where funds were deposited via cryptocurrency, withdrawals will generally be conducted in cryptocurrency; if funds originated as fiat, withdrawals may be made in fiat as permitted by the method.

  • Per-transaction and total limits: Card withdrawals up to 1,000 EUR (or equivalent) per transaction. The aggregate withdrawal limits are: 1,000 EUR per day, 2,500 EUR per week, and 15,000 EUR per month. If the requested amount exceeds these caps, the withdrawal will be issued in multiple installments.
  • Verification and eligibility: Withdrawals are subject to KYC checks and verification of the source of funds prior to processing. The platform may require additional documentation and reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending completion of procedures.
  • Liquidity and asset type: Fiat withdrawals are not permitted for funds deposited in cryptocurrency unless expressly allowed by policy. Cryptocurrency withdrawals will be sent to the cryptocurrency wallet bound to the user’s account. Blockchain confirmations corresponding to the deposit must be observed before a withdrawal is approved.
  • Processing and cancellation: A withdrawal request will be reviewed and either approved or rejected within two (2) days; this period may extend due to additional checks. You may cancel a withdrawal request at any time before completion; upon cancellation, funds are returned to your account for use at your discretion.
  • Wagering requirement before withdrawal: To initiate a withdrawal, you must have wagered the equivalent of your deposited funds at least three times, unless otherwise stated by policy, to satisfy AML practices.

Chargebacks, Refunds and Reversals

The following rules govern chargebacks and refunds. A chargeback is a reversal initiated by a card issuer or payment processor. A refund is a credit issued directly by Rk77 in specified circumstances. The company may block an account if a chargeback is initiated and unresolved, and it may require identity confirmation prior to processing the next payment method. Administrative fees and currency conversion losses may apply in chargeback scenarios.

  • Chargebacks: If a chargeback is initiated, Rk77 may suspend or block the affected account and may seek recovery of funds, penalties, and related costs. The user will be notified by the registered contact email and may be asked to confirm identity and preferred payment method. In some cases, remaining balances may be treated as inactive and may be subject to set-off against future winnings.
  • Refunds: Refunds may be issued where funds were deposited by mistake, fraud is suspected, or other grounds exist as determined by policy. The user must submit a refund request by email with a clear explanation of the grounds. Rk77 will respond within two (2) days and communicate the outcome to the user’s registered email. Refunds are not guaranteed; where issued, funds may be returned by the same method of payment or by the platform as determined by policy. Real-money gameplay is consumed in real time; refunds consider the status of the wager and service at issue.
  • General reversals: Rk77 reserves the right to void transactions made in error, freeze funds, or offset future winnings to satisfy incorrect credits or reversals. If a user withdraws funds following an erroneous credit prior to discovery, that amount may become a debt owed to Rk77. Any notice of incorrect credit should be reported to Customer Support immediately.

KYC, AML and Security Provisions

Rk77 reserves the right to perform additional identity verification and source-of-funds checks prior to deposits or withdrawals. Users must cooperate by providing requested documentation. Failure to comply may result in restrictions or suspension of account activity, including withdrawals. The platform may delay or suspend processing pending the completion of verification procedures or investigation into suspicious activity.
